About the Product
8/5/-0.5/2 *Storage wear possible with this plastic type.
The Volt is a slightly overstable fairway driver.
The Volt is a fairway driver with flight numbers of Speed 8, Glide 5, Turn –0.5, Fade 2, meaning it’s a moderately fast control driver with good lift, minimal turn early in flight, and a reliable fade finish. It’s designed for long, accurate placement shots rather than max distance, holding straight lines well thanks to MVP’s GYRO technology and finishing with a dependable fade. It’s popular for tight fairways and controlled drives.
Electron is MVP’s baseline plastic blend that emphasizes grip and a comfortable feel in hand, similar to other entry-level plastics. It wears in faster than premium plastics, which can make discs fly more neutral and gain glide over time. Electron is typically tacky and flexible, providing good control in a range of conditions, though it’s less durable than premium blends and can beat in faster.
