Full Body System

About the Product

If you're dealing with pain in more than one place; if you have chronic low back pain, sciatica, SI joint pain, hip pain, neck pain, headaches, or poor posture; or if you've treated symptoms for years without ever finding the source, the Full Body Release System was built for you.

The Full Body System targets the six keystone muscles most responsible for whole-body pain patterns: muscles that are too deep, too overlooked, or too hard to reach consistently with conventional care. When these muscles stay tight, pain travels throughout the body: from the hips to the low back, the SI joint, and even the knees and feet; from the neck to the jaw, the shoulders, and the head.

It works in sequence, guided step-by-step through the free app. The Hip Hook applies precise, targeted pressure to the iliacus and psoas, the deep hip flexors most conventional tools simply cannot reach. The Orbit prepares the hip flexor and glute complex with broader pressure before and alongside the Hip Hook. The Range addresses the upper body, releasing the suboccipitals, pectoralis minor, and upper trapezius, the three muscles most responsible for neck pain, headaches, forward head posture, and jaw tension. The Band, a loop resistance band worn around the thighs, activates and strengthens the glutes and hip stabilizers that support pelvic alignment and help prevent tightness from returning. It also includes Tight Hip, Twisted Core: The Key to Unresolved Pain, written by Aletha's founder and physical therapist, which teaches how tension in the iliacus can have a full-body impact and why sustained pressure is the most effective way to treat it.

Every tool has a specific job. Together, they address what most approaches leave behind.
