About the Product
5/4/-1/1 *Great feeling plastic! Limited run of Shockwave Despair!
The Doomsday Discs Despair is a straight-flying midrange with flight numbers 5 / 4 / –1 / 1, built for short-distance precision and shot shaping when you want accuracy over power. It offers smooth glide, just enough turn to extend out of the hand, and a soft fade to finish reliably. The Despair excels for line work, gentle curves, and placement shots where you want minimal error. It’s a well-loved mold by players of all levels because of how dependable it is—good glide, manageable throw, consistent finish, and comfortable grip in the hand.
Shockwave plastic from Doomsday Discs is a premium, firm blend known for its semi-translucent base and striking “shockwave” swirl patterns radiating outward from the center. It delivers stiff, grippy performance similar to Isolation plastic, offering high durability and excellent torque resistance. Players appreciate its reliable, point-and-shoot feel with dependable stability, making Shockwave a standout choice for discs where both firm control and visual flair matter.
