This policy explains how Global Sports Supply ships orders, what it costs, and what to expect when your order is on its way. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us before you order.

Where We Ship

We ship to most countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The countries we serve are shown at checkout.

We do not ship to Russia or Belarus, and we cannot ship to destinations that are restricted under United States export and sanctions laws. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we are not able to deliver there.

How Your Order Is Fulfilled

Global Sports Supply works with a network of certified manufacturers, distributors, and warehouses in several countries. This means the items in a single order may ship from different locations. When that happens:

• Your order may arrive in more than one package, on different dates.
• You are never charged extra for a split shipment. You pay only the shipping shown at checkout.
• We email you tracking information for each package as soon as it is available.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the value of your order. Rates include handling and are quoted in US dollars.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available once your order reaches the minimum for your region. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Oversized and Bulk Items

Large items such as football goals, full-size nets, canopy tents, and team equipment packs are shipped at a flat rate for your region, shown at checkout, and are charged separately from standard items.

Delivery Times

Estimates

Delivery times depend on the product, where it ships from, your destination, and customs clearance. Any delivery time we give is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk and custom orders, including custom medals, trophies, and team kits, typically take 30 to 45 days.

Faster Delivery

If you need your order faster, contact us before you order, and we will tell you what expedited options are available for your items and destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to another country may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs rules differ by country, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Wholesale and Team Orders

Freight for wholesale and large team orders varies by weight, volume, and destination. For these orders, we confirm shipping costs with you before your order is finalized.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before you complete your order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if a package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate we gave you, contact us right away with your order number and, where possible, photos.

We will work with you and the carrier to make it right. Our Refund Policy covers returns.
